MustKetch Zesty Salad Dressing

IMG_2797

In the warmer months of Summer, I like to eat salad almost every day.  Jackie Saland made this delicious salad dressing recipe with Somers Family MustKetch Zesty. This is the easiest homemade salad dressing I have ever made, that is healthy and incorporates a little pizzaz and zing.

It can be used on a simple leaf lettuce, tomato, and cucumber salad or if you are more adventurous you can add in more vegetables, beans, cheese or meat.

Ingredients

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons of MustKetch Zesty

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

In a small bowl (or mason jar), mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, MustKetch Zesty, salt and pepper. Stir or shake (if using a mason jar) vigorously and add to your salad of choice.

Serving number depends on how much dressing you like on your salad.
